The Paper Hunt Club
I would imagine that one has in reading through the Dr. Nikola novels and then stumbles over concepts, that formed the background of the reader knows, of course, fine, but only just now somehow not really ready. Thus we meet as the narrator of "Expedition Doctor Nikola," the Shanghai stranded adventurer Wilfred Bruce, for the first time in the so-called paper chase.
